I work primarily in Venice and the Dolomites, and internationally in carefully selected destinations, including Dubai and other iconic locations worldwide.

I specialize in surprise proposals and engagement photography, helping couples live and remember these moments in a natural, authentic and emotionally honest way.
Being based in Venice and the Dolomites allows me to work with deep knowledge of these locations — their light, rhythm and hidden corners — while also supporting international couples planning proposals and engagement sessions abroad, particularly in Dubai.

In addition to my personal work, I am the founder and creative director of The Genovese Studio, a luxury photography studio dedicated exclusively to high-end destination weddings and elopements. In 2026, The Genovese Studio was named Best Luxury Wedding Photographers and Videographers in Italy.
Through serenagenovese.com, I personally photograph proposals, engagements and intimate elopements, while The Genovese Studio focuses on large-scale luxury weddings for an international clientele.
This distinction allows me to offer a highly tailored experience for each type of story, while keeping every project aligned with the right vision and level of care.
